Acer has launched two new laptops and entered the environmental organization Greenpeace, the nearly free of toxic substances, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and brominated flame retardants (BFRs) in two. Greenpeace certified Acer and the Acer Aspire 3811TZ 3811TZG are both part of the series timeline of the company's thinnest and lightest notebooks with Intel ULV (Ultra Low Voltage) Core 2 Duo processor for long battery life. In addition to being free of Tourette's, and BGR, with the exception of power cords, two laptops are designed to reduce energy consumption and can be recycled, the company said in a statement.
